July 26th

Next week begins the Deadly Sins pre-orders for their debut album "Selling Our Weaknesses". Pre-orders will be from August 1st-31st and the album will be out September 2nd on Durty Mick Records in North America. The album will be available in both CD and LP formats with a free digital download card with the vinyl issue. Contests will run the entire month for all pre-orders. More info to come.

Durty Mick Records will be releasing Left Alone/Deadly Sins "Broken Bottles and Lost Words" a gatefold 7" with tracks exclusive to Durty Mick Records. This will be a limited print. More details to come.

We've said it before... "Vinyl's Not Dead" and a recent CNN news release confirms just that. CNN says "In 2006-2007 CD sales were down 19 percent, but vinyl sales have been up 36 percent." Read full article.

We are extremely happy to welcome the "Deadly Sins" to the Durty Mick Records family!!! They recently finished recording their debut album "Selling Our Weaknesses" which was co-produced by Dean Baltulonis (Hold Steady, Bouncing Souls, Sick of it All). You may have seen them recently on tour with the Dropkick Murphy's, The Aggrolites and The Briggs. The album will be available this August.
